HainanInc operates from two points of presence in the Hainan Free Trade Port — Haikou, our registered base, and Sanya. Both run on the same team and the same documented compliance calendar, by design: we did not build a network of independent regional desks, because a client's filing shouldn't depend on which office happens to be handling it.

That means one team, one time zone, and one point of accountability across every stage of an engagement from initial assessment through ongoing compliance — not a hand-off between offices.
