County-level city (县级市)
Wenchang City
China's coastal spaceport, and an aerospace industrial city built around it.
文昌市 · Part of Haikou integrated economic circle
Wenchang occupies Hainan's north-eastern corner and is the location of the Wenchang Spacecraft Launch Site — China's low-latitude coastal launch facility, and the reason an otherwise agricultural county-level city has a national industrial programme.
Wenchang International Aerospace City is the designated key park built around that facility, and the province's investment programme for the city is explicitly pushing beyond launch services into satellite manufacturing and satellite applications. This is a supply chain being assembled rather than one that already exists, which is the opportunity and the risk in equal measure.
Wenchang also has a long coastline and Qinglan Port, and retains a substantial agricultural and fisheries economy alongside the aerospace programme.

Our services
Our practice areas cover the whole life of a foreign-owned presence in Hainan — from the feasibility assessment made before anything is filed, through formation and licensing, payroll, tax and ongoing compliance, to the deregistration that closes an entity properly — alongside the Free Trade Port incentives that are the reason to be here rather than anywhere else in China. One engagement model means a single accountable team across all of them.
