How we deliver
On-site in Hainan
Our staff attend the authorities, the bank or the port in person.
Remote, by power of attorney
You sign once; we act for you without you travelling.
Typical timeline
Typically 2–4 weeks from complete documents to business licence and seals; 4–6 weeks including the bank account and foreign-exchange registration.
Wholly foreign-owned companies, joint ventures, branches and representative offices registered in Hainan, from name check to business licence, seals and tax registration.

- Name check, registration with the market regulator and collection of the business licence
- Company seals carved and filed with the police
- Tax registration, invoicing (fapiao) set-up and first tax filings arranged
- Registered address in a qualifying park where your incentives depend on it
- Hainan subsidiaries and branches for groups already operating in China
How it works
- 01
Scope and structure
A written plan fixing entity type, business scope, capital, address and the documents each authority will ask for.
- 02
Documents
You sign the incorporation documents and a power of attorney; we arrange notarisation, apostille or legalisation abroad where needed, and certified translation.
- 03
Filing and collection
We file with the market regulator, collect the business licence, carve and register the seals and complete tax registration.
- 04
Operating set-up
Bank account, foreign-exchange registration and a compliance calendar for the first year handed over.
What we need from you
- Passport copies of investors, the legal representative, directors and supervisor
- For a corporate investor, its certificate of incorporation and good standing, notarised and apostilled or legalised
- A short description of what the company will do in Hainan
- A signed power of attorney (we prepare it)
Good to know
The legal representative must complete a real-name identity check. Where the authority accepts remote verification we arrange it by video or app; otherwise it takes one short appointment in Hainan.
